LIFECODES HLA DNA Typing
The LIFECODES HLA typing kits utilize the Luminex xMAP technology and a reverse SSO protocol where the amplified product is hybridized to a mix of beads each coupled with different SSO probes.
- Pre-made HLA master mix includes primers, dNTPs and PCR buffer eliminating extra steps and consumables
- Homogeneous assay eliminates the need for centrifugation and wash steps saving time and reducing the chances of pipeting errors
- Unique probe design minimizes ambiguities
- Analysis HLA software automatically pulls data from the Luminex instrument and begins analysis eliminating the need for manual data import
