In order to accommodate projects that reach beyond the capabilities of our single-plex pipeline, Tepnel is able to offer services based on array technology. Both custom arrays and standard SNP panels support medium to high density marker screens. Our proprietary assays employ highly multiplexed, allele-specific extension and ligation methodology to provide a robust and efficient method of screening samples with thousands to millions of SNP markers.
Highly experienced staff operate these services to GLP standards supported by a comprehensive LIMS. Our staff are happy to advise on the best assay and platform for the study in question and provide comprehensive feedback during the project. To ensure efficient communication throughout project of all sizes, we appoint project managers to inform and deliver the results, quality and turn around times required.
