Tepnel offers an assay development service for its own chemistry and for ABI’s Taqman assay range. DNA sequence surrounding the SNP of interest can be easily submitted using our on-line assay submission forms and the resulting primer/probe sets designed by our experienced staff are screened against either standard control panels or panels provided by the customer. The generation of three distinct genotyping clusters is indicative of a validated assay although we work with our customers to support whatever level of validation is required.
