Tepnel is actively engaged in developing novel methods for the analysis of locus-specific and genomic scale methylation patterns. We are able to offer service based one established techniques such as Bisulphite sequencing and are happy to discuss how our new methods may be applied to your own work.
This is an active area supported by collaboration and a range of new services are anticipated in addition to more established analytical techniques.
